I have worked there many years and while I have seen a lot of changes in Dillons, I have never seen much growth or improvement.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen to their employees.

It could of been better if they stuff was better

the employees are fantastic and i love my regulars but a lot of us are getting burned out
