Communication, get out of the 1950s mindset, acknowledge that not every person is a white, heterosexual male, for starters.
One manager would not let me call out one day, which I was sure was illegal but she pressured me into coming in by gesturing at losing my job.
The gm would not give me a chance to redeem myself on learning other parts of the company due to me not coming in and I was losing money and making more not coming in ...very sad and rude 4.5 hour day what the hell is that ...now ill have to go to my previous big ceo california company and explain

They are reflecting the negative attitudes of the entire store management team. Someone in corporate needs to show up UNANNOUNCED and see what the atmosphere at this store is like.

Dillons targets the disabled and young to leech every second they can for pennies, a truly evil and heartless corporation which serves a brutal and picky public
