My coworkers need to have a sense of urgency. Maybe, lock their personal phones in their lockers.
We need better communication no one communicates
They are reflecting the negative attitudes of the entire store management team. Someone in corporate needs to show up UNANNOUNCED and see what the atmosphere at this store is like.

My department manager has not trained them effectively. They often are not aware of proper procedures, or otherwise, do not care.
Yhe will to work for their pay. The enthusiastic blessing of being alive and kicking and having a job.
