The people and our message. What were are trying to do here is more than ourselves and its something I am passionate about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity, inclusivity, and just them being truly genuine incredible people. They are always available to answer questions or concerns and are always finding ways to make you smile on the daily. Also they work incredibly hard while finding a balance to bring fun to the workplace as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would argue its the people here. Everyone is nothing short of incredible. We work hard but we also make sure to include time to have team events and get to know each other. Everyone kind of just clicks, everyone at Discord is someone I would invite over to my place to hangout on the weekend.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team keeps us informed and has the definition of an open door policy. If you want to know what's going on or dive deeper into a topic, all you have to do is ask! They are very transparent about the future of the company and our plans as well. Personally it helps me stay excited about the future.
