What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I don't always agree with decisions that they make, I love the transparency and the context given in situations. I have been shamed for wanting transparency in other jobs and here it is valued and encouraged

My team is the best of the best. So supportive, no toxic drama like my last job, and they are so willing to help out and pull their weight and more sometimes.
