I feel that the company really cares about the well being and happiness of the employees. I like that when I have raised concerns in the past they have been directly addressed and change has often followed them.

Mental health is a real, authentic priority at Discord. Peers support each other when they're going through a rough time--I even made some friends by reaching out for help and getting it from people I'd never even met before!

We are currently work from home. However, the company has been very supportive to improve our working environment.

We have transitioned to remote work, but remain in contact throughout the day over Discord. There's plenty of help when you get stuck and time to collaborate and have fun. Discord still surprises us with fun treats at home, great equipment, and funds to outfit our home offices.

Everybody at the company both wants to accomplish amazing things and support each other doing amazing things. Unlike other companies where the competitiveness between employees is almost encouraged, Discord encourages true collaboration and accomplishments are acknowledged at the team level.

I would argue its the people here. Everyone is nothing short of incredible. We work hard but we also make sure to include time to have team events and get to know each other. Everyone kind of just clicks, everyone at Discord is someone I would invite over to my place to hangout on the weekend.
