Discord has one of the most transparent leadership teams I have encountered. I have worked at companies that range in size from 50 to 5k + and have not experienced the level of compassion and transparency that I do from the leaders at Discord.

Leadership is exceptionally transparent: they field hard questions every week at all hands and are very open to anyone in the company coming to them. They also work hard to identify and authentically solve personnel problems, including interpersonal conflicts.

Communication, leading with vision, and letting teams operate without micromanagement.

Listening to others. The work culture can be downright toxic at times, but manageable when there's a powerful person in the room. Most negative events happen when higher-ups aren't looking.
