My team is the best of the best. So supportive, no toxic drama like my last job, and they are so willing to help out and pull their weight and more sometimes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness of people to learn and grow and to participate in development. I like that the company is always striving to do better and to be better especially in equity and inclusion
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I don't always agree with decisions that they make, I love the transparency and the context given in situations. I have been shamed for wanting transparency in other jobs and here it is valued and encouraged
