We're a place where everybody knows everybody and we all treat each other like family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They take into consideration how well you do your job and then fairly judge how much and when to compensate you. They are always giving opportunity to improve and earn rewards/raises.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they all communicate well with one another and with us employees. They are open and honest about things and are just as willing and likely to give you positive feedback or encouragement
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it felt relaxed and comfortable. They were actually trying to get to know me and tell me about themselves, while at the same time, asking professional interview questions. It was a personal interview that allowed for other conversation throughout.
