What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated based on my experience and contribution to the company. It's very fair. good base, good commission, fair executive staff on achievable quotas

What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiter was enthusiastic and communicative. While there is a serious tone to interviews, the recruiters and team made the experience very personable and comfortable.

Sides are pretty open on both ends about everything. The turnaround time after the interview was quick. They did not drag their feet or take so long where I felt inclined to call and inquire about an update.

The interview process was very informative and pleasant. The interviewers asked very insightful questions and were very interested in my background/experience. The interviewers provided a very helpful view of the department/team structure.

It was a very easy interview process I meet with the hiring manager and within two to three days I was offered the position. As soon as I completed Orientation I started right away.
