What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is that they don't hover and they don't micro manage. One of the most stressful things in corporate america is being micro managed. I have tasks and things that I need to do each day and I am free to be a social butterfly while still being overly productive.

Good Orientation/On-boarding Process, No hectic training like other IT services company.

Firstly, the hr system is amazing!! I have dealt with hundreds of companies human resources, this is the best I would say. They follow-up regularly and are very prompt.

the first interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a face-to-face interview. they were conversational. nothing difficult about it really. they want to see if you can hold a conversation.

It was a pretty typical interview, questions about strengths and weaknesses, situational questions, etc. latter within 3-4 days I had a phone call saying that I was hired
