There is a shared sense that we're having a positive impact on the society and that everybody should be treated equally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is that they don't hover and they don't micro manage. One of the most stressful things in corporate america is being micro managed. I have tasks and things that I need to do each day and I am free to be a social butterfly while still being overly productive.
