Being heard; everyone here has a voice and all ideas are heard; there is also a feedback loop for ideas that aren't implemented.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the first interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a face-to-face interview. they were conversational. nothing difficult about it really. they want to see if you can hold a conversation.
