They are supportive, encouraging and consistent. Our leadership is always trying to find ways to make our jobs better and communicate with our team to ensure that we love our job.

The environment is dynamic, challenging and stimulating. It is also very much rooted in the core, shared values of the company. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to participate and promote the unique culture here.
