I do enjoy my job if i could do it properly. However the BUs are disjointed and i am constantly fixing breaks in the workflow upstream, so i can get my responsibilities completed properly. I like doing a great job, not just good enough.

Interview with hiring manager first. That way you know what you're getting into and can decline early if it doesnt fit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership does seem to follow-up on how their decisions up top, trickle down to the BUs afterwards. Pennywise, Pound foolish comes to mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best prt of the compensation package is that is a balance of benefits. Fair base pay, performance based bonus, RSUs, ESPP, and many benefits. If one isnt great one quarter, the other benes compensate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team mates are awesome! We work well together for the Most part. Its a struggle to keep up the constant pace of work that never slows down. And the work / life balance suffers often. But we stay positive within the team. We are in it together and we succeeded together too.
