Flexibility and being leaders in two very interesting and unique industries (wine, e-commerce).

What are some of the best things about your team?
A shared passion for learning and growing as a company. It feels like people genuinely question things in the sake of improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness to new ideas. Flat and inclusive team structure. A willingness to change the status quo and being okay with failure if it means learning and growing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is great and feels like it gives us all the same goal. I feel like pay is fair. DRINKS has done a good job with navigating the switch to work from home in the pandemic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to really know what they're doing- they have years of experience in all types of fields and seem to really know what is urgent and what is not. It is also a very flat organization- it would not be odd for every member of the leadership team to reach out to me in a week.
