It is super great, I love it.
It is amazing to work for a company that dares to dream big and is revolutionizing an industry. Every day at DRINKS is full of working with brilliant passionate people to solve exciting new challenges and discover new ways to deliver an even bigger impact.
Surrounded by some amazing and talented people, an exciting industry to work in, excellent perks/benefits, but ultimately held back by some pervasive cases of nepotism.
Everyone was kind and respectful (as I now know they are every day) and extremely mindful of the fact that while they wanted to see if I was the right person for them, the interview was also an opportunity for me to understand the company, the work, and the culture.
