DRINKS has a start-up vibe but also feels very much like a long-running business. We operate with a high level of respect and trust. My favorite thing about DRINKS is that it really feels like everyone is working towards the same goals and is incredibly supportive of one another.

Surrounded by some amazing and talented people, an exciting industry to work in, excellent perks/benefits, but ultimately held back by some pervasive cases of nepotism.

I'd say compensation is on par with other companies/industries. It's competitive with larger companies, as well, which was a pleasant surprise considering DRINKS smaller size.

I enjoy that all parts of the company regardless of function (marketing, account management, creative) take on a "tech" mentality. In that, we are allowed to take calculated risks to move the business forward and learn as we go. Failure is considered a way of learning.

Interviewer was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

The interview was a two-way street. It was me getting to know DRINKS and DRINKS getting to know me. By the time it came to an offer we both knew it was the perfect fit for me and I was a perfect fit for the company.

I appreciated how quickly they were able to move me through the interview process in comparison to other companies. There were multi week lags between the interviews at the other places I interviewed that often left me wondering where I stood. I did not come across that at DRINKS.
