Easy. Basic. Nothing unusual asked of us.

Interviewer was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

The interview was a two-way street. It was me getting to know DRINKS and DRINKS getting to know me. By the time it came to an offer we both knew it was the perfect fit for me and I was a perfect fit for the company.

I appreciated how quickly they were able to move me through the interview process in comparison to other companies. There were multi week lags between the interviews at the other places I interviewed that often left me wondering where I stood. I did not come across that at DRINKS.

Was able to speak to many different employees from a few different teams.

Everyone was kind and respectful (as I now know they are every day) and extremely mindful of the fact that while they wanted to see if I was the right person for them, the interview was also an opportunity for me to understand the company, the work, and the culture.

Everything was explained in a professional and friendly manner

Challenging questions. This proved to me that they search for the best candidates that know how to strategically execute plans.
