I enjoy that all parts of the company regardless of function (marketing, account management, creative) take on a "tech" mentality. In that, we are allowed to take calculated risks to move the business forward and learn as we go. Failure is considered a way of learning.

Openness to new ideas. Flat and inclusive team structure. A willingness to change the status quo and being okay with failure if it means learning and growing.

We are still a small company and even though most of us work from home, we are offered many opportunities to get to know each other. At the same time, there is no pressure for those who would rather keep interactions to a minimum to participate. Everyone and everyone's preferences are respected.
