The pay is excellent as well as the matching 401k.

I'd say compensation is on par with other companies/industries. It's competitive with larger companies, as well, which was a pleasant surprise considering DRINKS smaller size.
Equity is great and feels like it gives us all the same goal. I feel like pay is fair. DRINKS has done a good job with navigating the switch to work from home in the pandemic.

Best-in-class medical, dental, and vision primarily paid for by the company with access to everything you'd want. The company uses Trinet so it has tons of benefits for a company of its size.
Very low price and affordable
Very cheap and affordable deductible insurance plans for parents with children. Deductible insurance usually only charges a small amount in copay to see the doctor.
