Equity is great and feels like it gives us all the same goal. I feel like pay is fair. DRINKS has done a good job with navigating the switch to work from home in the pandemic.
They seem to really know what they're doing- they have years of experience in all types of fields and seem to really know what is urgent and what is not. It is also a very flat organization- it would not be odd for every member of the leadership team to reach out to me in a week.
