My boss does not back up her drivers of her monitors, drivers are not trained propertly, the pay is low compred to other companies, all of the holiday and snow days have been taken away from us!

Our manager is rude and disrespectful toward parents and staff, she lied to monitors about a raise, she doesnt do her job, she stays in her office and is not approchable!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to get snowdays and attendance bonuses all of these benefits have been taken away, i have worked as a monitor for 10years and was promised a $2 raise and did not recieve it!
