They always talk about the A Player performance but are only will to pay C player wages. The job responsibilities and hours have increased year over year but the wages are still mediocre for this industry.

Long hours and poor work life balance due to the rapid expansion and retention focus this year. No incentive to work with more accounts. You're compensated the same amount if you have 50 or 200 accounts.
