What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options they offer

Not having an employee contribution on the single person health plan is nice. I've never had that luxury before and it's a very easy thing to account for in my total compensation (i.e., I'm not losing hundreds out of every paycheck/my salary).

I feel that my work is not compensated appropriately for the value it gives to the company.

I have a lot of experience in the automotive industry and learned very fast in my training. I was expecting a raise when our managers did our quarter reviews. I was told that I was the fastest on my team and I don't think that was reflected.
