The ability to grow at any during the year.

Being on salary. A lot of people at other companies complain about the amount of hours they work on salary, but Dynatron does an excellent job of work-life balance. Being on salary offers me the flexibility I need as a manager without feeling the burden of having to work 50/60/70+ hours.

I get paid barely enough to be able to afford living on my own, don't get me started with the want to do literally anything aside from working and watching tv at home.

I think that matching the market salaries is important for the financial well being of the employees. A few years ago, my salary would provide enough for my family. However, cost of living has increased tremendously and I am living paycheck to paycheck on my current pay.

I am most happy to be able to work remotely and have noticed an amazing change in my overall work productivity since coming on board here with Dynatron and when I log off I am a happier person for my family.
