They genuinely care about doing what's best and right for their employees and customers. They empower team members to make improvements and voice their opinions and concerns. They listen to what their team and customers have to say, and take action when possible or provide and explanation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being on salary. A lot of people at other companies complain about the amount of hours they work on salary, but Dynatron does an excellent job of work-life balance. Being on salary offers me the flexibility I need as a manager without feeling the burden of having to work 50/60/70+ hours.
