What is the best part about your compensation package?
Consistent and predictable income is my primary driving factor, but I also enjoy the other opportunities that I have available. I appreciate the flexibility that I have to work on what and when I want.

I love the diverse culture of Dynatron. Employees are from all across the US and yet work well together even with Time Zone differences. It doesn't seem to be a big hinderance.
