I think the job/job duties do not match inflation and aren't up to speed to match aggressive job pay.

The train me to replace them and always want the best for me. Are more than willing to help reach my goals

We are all good at communicating. We always lend a helping hand. No one ever makes you feel bad and we work great as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a work/life balance. I am never questioned if I need to go to an appointment or if I am sick. Company is very understanding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of experience in the automotive industry and learned very fast in my training. I was expecting a raise when our managers did our quarter reviews. I was told that I was the fastest on my team and I don't think that was reflected.
