Constructive Feedback from Employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation should be competitive with the market

Because I have been with the company for six years, I contribute to the company and my team and other teams a great deal, and have never received a promotion

We need to continue to level. I am aware that my personal pay is below peers in industry. The HOPE is options long-term can cover this (and hen some), but there's an inherent risk with that at pretty much any start-up.
