Although I am a remote employee, I feel connected to the organization and team. I would like to see more focus on remote employees in maintaining a better alignment with the HQ.

Continuous and rapid flexibility in adjusting our product lines [features/functionality] based on industry/market changes, customer focus, and evolving product road-maps. Desire and capability to think outside the box, and capacity to work through challenges through a number of options.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like our product line-up, our ability to shift our vision to align with the industry, market needs, and specific requirements of our customers. The push-back on "we do not want this functionality in our product" is either minimal or non-existent. Customer focus is one of our highest priorities.
