For employees in the Headquarters area (Seattle) work from home requires prior authorization from manager. This is to promote team work. Other employees by definition work from home.
How helpful was your Customer Support team when you were first hired at Edifecs?
I have been working in Edifecs for over 5 years now. I still remember the day when I joined. Not just the Support team but the all the other teams were so cooperative. Support team was quite patience and made my learning journey on Edifecs products quite easy.
