Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp is not in line with industry.
The company's organizational structure seems very antiquated and flat. There are not many women leaders.
Wages should be as per industry level

We work well together under pressure.

Seemingly open to well-rounded benefits and mental health offerings.
Edifecs culture is built on caring for its associates. We have an onsite wellbeing center with massages, accupuncture, yoga, meditation, cooking classes, personal training, daily tea service and more!
