What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that my compensation is well aligned with the current market, and discussions about the next career/financial steps do not feel like negotiations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although I am a remote employee, I feel connected to the organization and team. I would like to see more focus on remote employees in maintaining a better alignment with the HQ.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like our product line-up, our ability to shift our vision to align with the industry, market needs, and specific requirements of our customers. The push-back on "we do not want this functionality in our product" is either minimal or non-existent. Customer focus is one of our highest priorities.
