The most positive aspect of our company culture and environment is the "Fortegra Family." From an associate to the executive, we have established a tight-knit community that truly feels like a family. I know that my coworkers have my back through thick and thin at this company.

My team is focused and collaborative, and we take the time to understand individual strengths and weaknesses. Ready to jump in, our team works as a unit with a common goal that is set by our leaders. We are dynamic - balance between working diligently and bonding as a team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview process, I met with several key leaders at the company who all took the time to not only evaluate my qualifications for the job, but know me as a person and understand my form of communication. I did not experience this dedication during other interviews while job searching.
