What is the best part about your compensation package?
If we can help generate a profit on a growing book of business, we share in the financial rewards.

The company provides for an HSA account which they contribute at every payroll. We use this benefit to assist in offsetting medical costs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a balance of old and new staff members. Great operations manager that continues to improve our automation processes. We are all focused on profit over production and quality underwriting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As the company continues to grow profitably, building the infrastructure is critical. We are all moving toward a common goal as we know where we are going. Improving processes, building underwriting program, monitoring, and managing programs in such a way to maximize the profit potential.

There isnt a checklist of questions we are required to ask which allows for more a free-flowing discussion with prospects.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that my contributions are respected and appreciated. While we are a billion dollar company, we have an amazing opportunity to build a platform which will takes all of my 35 years of experience and help create a foundation to support future growth and profit. It is very rewarding.
