This company was one of the best things that could have happened to me, the knowledge growth and opportunity are ample. The team of people that we built is strong and I look forward to growing and learning and trying more things outside of my comfort zone.

Insurance package!! Not only is the insurance covered but there was thought and consideration when choosing the plans and coverage we get offered

Everything is inclusive, and everyone is considered. Community is extremely important, the company never stops looking for ways to improve and evolve, to be current, and be the best business-wise and culture-wise.
What makes you most happy at work?
The community of people I work with. I have never felt less than or unappreciated. Everyone has been welcoming and the spirit of teamwork stretches across every department. There is always someone willing to help even if it's outside of their normal duties. We take care of each other

The best part about my team is we can accomplish anything no matter the odds we will make it happen. Our boss empowers us to make decisions and think outside the box. Our bond is really strong and that makes our teamwork even better. We all work towards the same goals and communicate well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have the best boss in the entire world, She is always there for me and wants to help me succeed. I feel confident that my voice is heard and that I am valued and taken into consideration, I feel empowered to make decisions on my own and share new ideas with her and the team.
