Overall much of Gensler is good, it is better if you are an architect or designer, as support staff not as much.
They are forward-thinking
The designers here act entitled and Gensler allows that kind of behavior.
Busy and effective doing meaningful work
It's not real positive. Maybe for some people it is, but my department was micromanaged by a Women that was picky about everything.
