The place is one big Clique. Everyone works in the their departments and only socialize with people in their department. HR's has a large turnover and they seem out of touch with people.

It is competitive for an admin.

I made about 500. a week. It was not enough to live on.

We deserve battle pay for working with all these egos. The executive team has their favorites and the rest are expendable.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Very cliquey bunch. Almost like High School. If you aren't in the popular crowd, you are in danger of being eliminated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upper Management favor some people over others. Some people get a free pass, ie: the Receptionist, but others are fired for superficial reasons.

Pretentious. Smiles on the surface, but, gossip, back-stabbing, and nepotism underneath. It all depends on who you know.

My 2nd interview lasted 2 hours. It really made me want to work for the company.

Management will not support you. They expect you to speak to them, without speaking to you. They are pretentious and pleasant to your face.

Management and HR could be more in tune with complaints.

Favoritism is a problem. So is the micromanaging. There is also bullying that is not attractive.
