My leadership team are very non-hierarchical which I something I like. They value self-starting and coming up with new ideas. They are receptive and open.

They say culture comes from the top. Leadership here is wonderful. They have built a fantastic company with a culture of support and collaboration.

The place is one big Clique. Everyone works in the their departments and only socialize with people in their department. HR's has a large turnover and they seem out of touch with people.
