My leadership team are very non-hierarchical which I something I like. They value self-starting and coming up with new ideas. They are receptive and open.

There is a latent need for happy and motivated people. Focus more on the people, not only on the prize.

The place is one big Clique. Everyone works in the their departments and only socialize with people in their department. HR's has a large turnover and they seem out of touch with people.
