The interviewers were nice and friendly.
Well it depends on the level you are coming in but the recruiting team is fantastic.

Confidence and positivism from the begining
The interviewer made me feel comfortable
3 stages - HR - Manager - Manager + Team. It wasn't hard but it also wasn't a breeze. You have to prepare and be ready - so as long as you are prepared - the process was really not bad. Everyone was also extremely warm and welcoming. Gensler gets it.
The people interviewing me were very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable
casual and very comfortable with great people.
