What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are great, lunch and learn meetings.
The diversity of the people that work at Gensler throughout the world and the connections/friendships one can make.

When in the office the culture is constant and you're encouraged to partake

it is very inspirational, supports its talent, and developls future leaders. It basically does everything right - and of course specific local or regional discrepancies are to be expected - overall - Gensler's values and way of treating employees is exceptional

The upper Management favor some people over others. Some people get a free pass, ie: the Receptionist, but others are fired for superficial reasons.

Pretentious. Smiles on the surface, but, gossip, back-stabbing, and nepotism underneath. It all depends on who you know.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People make decisions here based on fear. For example, everything in our space needs to look exquisite for fear of our CEO blowing up.
