It's not real positive. Maybe for some people it is, but my department was micromanaged by a Women that was picky about everything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Very anti social unless they need something.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The view is wonderful but people are fake.

People seemed very nice to me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Favoritism is a problem. So is the micromanaging. There is also bullying that is not attractive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We deserve battle pay for working with all these egos. The executive team has their favorites and the rest are expendable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The place is one big Clique. Everyone works in the their departments and only socialize with people in their department. HR's has a large turnover and they seem out of touch with people.
