Like being in High School again. Very petty Management and if they don't like you, they will trump up charges to get you out the door. I have seen this many times.

Curbing the bullying on a daily basis.

I made about 500. a week. It was not enough to live on.

Very cliquey bunch. Almost like High School. If you aren't in the popular crowd, you are in danger of being eliminated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upper Management favor some people over others. Some people get a free pass, ie: the Receptionist, but others are fired for superficial reasons.
