What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at GA does an amazing job at staying down-to-earth by interacting and communicating with employees all the time. They really make us feel respected and appreciated in a very grounded way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have only recently joined the company, but I was almost overwhelmed by how much my coworkers enjoyed my presence and how quickly they treated me as one of their own. Everyone feels valued and seen in my department and that is an amazing feeling to have at work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I first interviewed with a talent acquisition rep who quickly became a good friend, and then was able to speak to multiple employees in the department I would be joining if chosen so I was able to get different perspectives of what my work life could look like while setting up future relationships.
