I am proud to be a Global Atlantic employee. I am hopeful to see GA improve its compensation for its employees with all the constant changes and work its employees perform. I see much greatness in the future. It it important to make employees feel valued in their job and able to afford to live.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a respectful environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work value of employees- we feel unappreciated- we work endlessly with day to day problems and feel we are not compensated fairly with wages. I personally would feel this can be improved easily by increasing pay to employees. An employee and will be a long term employee if the wages/value match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we are not paid a fair wage for what our job requires of us. I also feel that inflation and cost of living is much higher and our wages have not reflected that. I believe if we were valued for our hard work and dedication to GA that would be reflected in a pay/salary increase.
