What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communications are transparent, decisions are explained, and toxicity is never tolerated. You can disagree but positive collaboration is required and how you live the company values is worth 50% of your review.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am continually surprised and impressed with how open, transparent, and respectful of employees the leadership team is. I'm a big fan of the CEO and trust he's leading the company in an excellent direction that balances company culture and growth strategies.
