I have had a great experience here overall. Coming from a company that did not value work/life balance or generally the happiness of its employees, Gogo was/is a breath of fresh air.

I met with between 5-8 people so I got a great idea of who I would be working alongside.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am learning something new pretty much every day. There are a ton of really smart people here who aren't too bothered with my incessant questions!

During the pandemic and since, I have felt that there was/is total transparency as to what is happening within the company and how it directly impacts me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My department and the departments that we interact with directly have a fantastic cohesion that allows us to solve problems and give constructive input in a way that promotes more teamwork and open thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance is fantastic. When I have requested flexibility, my asks have been met and exceeded. I know that if I get my work done, my manager will work with me to meet my needs outside of work.
