The ability to be transparent, open, and honest with respect and appreciation for each other is very hard to find within a corporate environment. I feel very supported and cared for by my peers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What makes you most happy at work?
We are truly ambitious and gutsy! There is never a dull day here. I appreciate the constant introduction of new ideas, vetting them, and seeing the best ideas make their way to our customers by way of our products and services.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Especially in the last two to three years, more action has been taken to promote equity and acceptance in the workplace. The way HR and Gogo communicates openly about embracing our differences and creating a more successful company through diversity is refreshing and makes me feel proud to work here
