Transparency on objectives, status of achieving those objectives, and obstacles that may affect those objectives

Good pay, good benefits although clarity on how to use/enroll for some benefits is a bit murky

Great culture of innovation, encouraging of failure in the pursuit of said innovation, very focused and driven
